This is an early World War II French pilot badge made locally in North Africa. The badge is a wreathed wing with a flat five-pointed star at the top.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/8" in height by 2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal Y pin with C catch.
MARKINGS:None.
