ARTIFACT: This is a RARE, Egyptian Made Early World War II Free French Air Force(FAFL) Pilot Badge in Gilt & Enameled Brass. The wing has a star at top and shows a crest bearing the Cross of Lorraine and reading F.A.F.L. (Forces Aeriennes Francaises Libres).

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: Approximately 2-15/16" x 1-1/4"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt & Enameled Brass.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with catch.

MARKINGS: N/A

CONDITION: 8(Very Fine - Excellent): The badge shows moderate wear, much of a enameled detiel is remain intact, overall very fine condition.
