ARTIFACT: This is a wonderful example of a rare Free French Air Force gold pilot rate badge.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 1 ½" in width and 1 ½" in height when held at slight angle.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT: Hole.

MARKINGS: None.
