ARTIFACT: This is a 1930s to early World War II Soviet Army non-commissioned officer (NCO) hat badge. The badge is a red five-pointed star with a smaller star at center bearing a hammer and sickle.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s to early World War II.

SIZE: 1-3/4" height and 2" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Felt patch with brass and enamel star detail.

ATTACHMENT: Brass brad attachment.

MARKINGS: N/A.
