This is a 1930s to early World War II Soviet Army non-commissioned officer (NCO) hat badge. The badge is a red five-pointed star with a smaller star at center bearing a hammer and sickle.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s to early World War II.
SIZE:1-3/4" height and 2" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Felt patch with brass and enamel star detail.
ATTACHMENT:Brass brad attachment.
