ARTIFACT: Great 19th century leather covered, lead-tipped, policeman's Billy Club, unique configuration. This is the only one I've seen, leather has shrunk slightly. Originally had a strap at one end, now missing. Lead-tipped, wooden, "business" end would get the job done!

VINTAGE: Circa 19th Century

SIZE: Approximately 18" x 1-1/2"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Leather, lead, wood.
