Gorgeous Late 1943 US Military Aircraft Marking Sweetheart Pin

Gorgeous, late 1943 United States Military Aircraft marking sweetheart pin in heavily enameled sterling silver by AMICO. The pin shows a white star in the center of a blue circle flanked on both sides with a white bar, the entire pin is outlined with red detail.

Heavily enameled sterling silver.

7- (Very Fine-): Pin shows moderate wear, small fracture in red outline beneath the lower point of the star (viewer's left), does not detract, nice overall tarnish, and nearly all the enamel details remain intact.
