ARTIFACT: Great, large circa 1943 plastic WWII Sweetheart pin. The center is a US Shield in red, white, and blue with three stars and sits atop an anchor and between feather detailed wings, and the top depicts a stylized Navy Officer's visor hat with a red, white, and blue Great Seal of the United States 'hat badge'.

VINTAGE: Circa 1943

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/16" x 2-5/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plastic, brass pin

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal brass pin with plastic 'C' type catch

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Homefront Sweetheart collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBX16 LFEX5/16

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The pin shows minor to moderate wear, much of the painted details remain intact, overall excellent condition.
