German-Made DI for US Army 368th Engineer Regiment - Level III Rarity (ASMIC)

This is a German-made distinctive insignia for the United States Army 368th Engineer Battalion. The DI is a red crest showing a gear and windmill blades at center.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 1-1/4" in height by 1" in width.

Aluminum with painted area.

Vertical safety-style pin.
