Framed 1924 Annapolis USNA Diploma of WWII Commander of USS Saury SS-189

This is a framed 1924 Annapolis United States Naval Academy diploma for George Warren Patterson, Jr., the future World War II Commander of the USS Saury SS-18The Saury was launched on August 20, 1938 and earned seven battle stars for her service.

Circa 1924.

Approximately 25-1/2" in height and 18-1/8" in width.

Glass, paper, cardboard matting, metal frame, wire, two brackets.

Wire.
