Description
This is a circa World War I United States Army Model 1917 trench fighting knife. This "knuckle" knife is dated 1917 and is by Landers, Frary & Clark (L. F. & C), complete with scabbard.
VINTAGE:Circa 1917.
SIZE:Knife: approximately 14" in length and 4" in width; blade only: approximately 8-3/4" in length and 1/2" in width. Scabbard: 10".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Steel, wood, painted-leather wrapped scabbard.

CONDITION:9- (Excellent+): The dagger shows some light to medium wear and oxidation, the paint on the scabbard is bright and superb.
