Early 20th Century, Possibly Belgian Postal Horn Hat Badge

This is a European Postal Hat Badge, possibly Belgian. The badge is a postal horn topped by a crown.

Circa unknown.

Approximately 1-13/16" in height and in 2-1/16" in width.

Silver-plated nickel or brass.

Prongs.

None.
