ARTIFACT: Wonderful, early 20th century, possibly pre-statehood Red's Taxi Driver hat badge from the notorious, late "old west" frontier town of Perry, Oklahoma. The badge shows an antique automobile and surrounding it reads: "RED'S TAXI PERRY, OKLA."

VINTAGE: Circa early 20th century

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4" x 1-3/4"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Engraved, stamped nickeled brass, solder, safety pin

ATTACHMENT: Safety pin

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge shows moderate to heavy wear, some of the nickel remains intact, overall very fine condition.
