This is a great USS Hawkbill (SSN-666) submarine patch. The Hawkbill was launched at Vallejo, California on April 12, 196She was decommissioned on March 15, 2000.
VINTAGE:Circa 1980s.
SIZE:About 4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered with cotton embroidery thread.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
MARKINGS:None.
