This is a circa 1971-1973 Japanese-made patch for the United States Navy Attack Squadron 115, which served on the USS Midway. The patch shows three stars and a sun eclipsed by a boomerang over a globe. The patch reads ATKRON ONE ONE FIVE.
VINTAGE:Circa 1971-1973.
SIZE:5-1/16" height and 4-3/4" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully-embroidered patch in black, white and gold cotton/silk/polyester threads with muslin backing.
