This is a circa 1954-1955 squadron patch made for the United States Navy's VA-55 Attack Squadron. The patch has a checkered border and shows a winged seahorse with a missile and reads WARHORSES.
VINTAGE:Circa 1954-1955.
SIZE:2-1/4 " diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Painted leather patch.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): Patch is in good shape with a few small spots of wearing through the paint.
