This is a circa 1960s or 1970s State of Oregon Penitentiary officer hat badge. The badge is by Blackinton and has a central disc with the Oregon state seal in relief.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s-1970s.
SIZE:Approximately 2" in height and 1-3/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS:Blackinton¨.
