This is a scarce United States Navy officer hat badge by Blackinton. The badge shows an eagle with a shield perched upon two crossed anchors.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:2-3/8" height and 2-3/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated sterling silver.
ATTACHMENT:Two single screw posts with disc backings.
MARKINGS:STERLING BW BLACKINTON.
