This is a Rare 2008 New Hampshire State Police Ranking Officer Campaign Hat Badge by Blackinton.

Approximately:1-1/2" in height x 1-1/2" in width.

Gold-plated brass with hard-fired multi-enamel. Brass backing, Rubber Post cover.

Single screw post with disc backing and rubber post cover.
