This is a hat badge for Air India, a company established in 1932 as Tata Airlines that changed to its present name in 194The badge is a winged wreath with a star at top, and at center is a fist against blue enamel.
VINTAGE:Circa 1946.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/8" height and 2-13/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two screw posts (no backings).
