Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1918 Scottish cloak badge in silver-plated nickel. A belt bearing the Scottish national motto NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT (no one attacks me with impunity) encircles a standing lion.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1918.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-7/8" in height and 1-9/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Silver-plated nickel.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal T-style pin with C catch.

MARKINGS:

SCOTLAND.
