Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1890s Scottish clan badge for the Clan Campbell. The badge has a boar's head at its center and reads NE OBLIVISCARIS (Lest we forget) upon the encircling garter belt.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1890s.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-7/8" in height and 1-9/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal T-style pin with C catch.

MARKINGS:

None.

ITEM NOTES:
