ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1870s-1880s British Military belt plate with the Queen's Crown on top and "VR" for Victoria Rex at the center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1870s-1880s .

SIZE: About 2-1/16" in width by 3-13/16" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Die-struck bronze or brass.

ATTACHMENT: Leather strap to have belt looped through; please note that one rivet has snapped but is present.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Minor wear and moderate tarnishing; one rivet for loop has snapped but is present.
