ARTIFACT: This is an unidentified World War II United States Navy patch showing Donald Duck with an aerial camera. The patch could possibly be for the Navy's Aerial Photography School. The patch reads U.S. NAVY SNAFU.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 4 in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads, mesh backing.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an unidentified collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until it is identified. VAEJX11 LX12/11

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The patch shows only very light wear and only some very minor discoloration on reverse.
