BEING RESEARCHED WWII Patch USAAF Bomb Squad in 387th Bomb Grp? NOT FOR SALE UNTIL IDed

This is an unidentified World War II United States Army Air Forces Bomb Squadron patch, perhaps for a squadron in the 387th Bomb Group. The patch has great coloring and shows a pelican happily dispensing bombs from his beak.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 4-7/8" in diameter.

Painted canvas embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
