ARTIFACT: This is a large unidentified squadron patch made in the Pacific theatre. It is probably for a United States Navy bomber or patrol bomb squadron, or possibly for a United States Army Air Forces squadron. The patch reads "RA's" across the top and is in vibrant colors. It shows a gorilla in pain running with a primitive weapon in hand.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s - World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 8-13/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chenille, wool felt.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an unidentified collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. The item will not be sold until identified. VACFX12 LX7/12

CONDITION: 8 (Excellen): The patch is in wonderful condition with only a few very small spots of light wear.
