Beautiful Ca 1943 USN Officer PT Boat Badge by ELCO in Gilt Sterling Silver

This is a Beautiful Circa 1943's United State Navy Officer PT Boat Badge by ELCO in Gilt Sterling Silver. During World War II, Elco formed the Elco Naval Division in Bayonne, New Jersey, where nearly 400 Elco PT boats were produced for the U.S. Navy. Scarce in Gilt Sterling Unofficial Badge, but Worn by PT Patrol Torpedo Boat Crews.

Circa 1943s.

Approximately 2-1/2" in width x 1/2" in height.

Gilt sterling silver.

Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.
