This is a beautiful 1930s United States Army 9th Coast Artillery sweetheart brooch. The brooch is in unmarked sterling silver with red enameled areas.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 3/4" in height and 1-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX12 LFJX5/12 SFJX12/15
CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The brooch shows some light wear with all enamel intact and has a handsome tarnish. There is some minor oxidation in a few of the corners.
