ARTIFACT:

This is a 1990s submarine patch for the USS Phoenix (SSN-702). The Phoenix was launched at Groton, Connecticut on December 8, 197She was decommissioned on July 29, 199The patch is shaped like the State of Arizona.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1990s.

SIZE:

Approximately 4-1/2" in height and 4-7/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads.

ATTACHMENT:
