This is a 1971 factory-engraved Zippo lighter for the United States Coast Guard cutter Munro (WHEC-724). The lighter is from the same year that the boat was commissioned, so it is probable that it originally belonged to the plank owner.
VINTAGE:Circa 1971.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/4" height and 1-3/8" width and ½" in thickness.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Hinge.
MARKINGS:BRADFORD PA 11 ZIPPO® 11.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The lighter has some very small spots of light wear on reverse.
