This is a 1970s Guantanamo Bay (Cuba) Youth Athletics Association patch. It shows a star with a rainbow tail taking off from Cuba against a blue background.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970s.
SIZE:Approximately 4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.
