Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a 1964 attended lapel pin for the 10th annual convention of the National Conference of Police Associations (N.C.P.A.), sponsored by the Chicago Patrolman's Association. Begun in 1954, this group is now the International Union of Police Associations, AFL-CIO. The pin is in the style of a Chicago Police badge.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1964.

SIZE:

Approximately 7/8" in height and 1" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Single screw post with disc backing.
