Early circa 1913 Police & Firemen's Insurance Association #'d lapel pin. The center depicts a fireman and policeman (viewer's right) wearing a 'Bobby' helmet shaking hands and surrounding it reads: "P. F. I. A. EXCUDERUNT ES TO PERPETUA". The lapel pin is numbered: "10890" on the reverse.
