ARTIFACT: Early circa 1913 Police & Firemen's Insurance Association #'d lapel pin. The center depicts a fireman and policeman (viewer's right) wearing a 'Bobby' helmet shaking hands and surrounding it reads: "P. F. I. A. EXCUDERUNT ES TO PERPETUA". The lapel pin is numbered: "10890" on the reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa 1913

SIZE: Approximately 3/4" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickeled brass

ATTACHMENT: Screw post with screwback and stabilizer pin.

MARKINGS: "10890"

CONDITION: 6 (Fine+): The lapel pin shows moderate to heavy age wear, overall patina.
