Cool 1937 Billings, Montana police convention attendee badge in the shape of a full-size 6 point star badge. The badge features a rectangular cutout that would have served as a 'name tag' and below it reads: "POLICE CONVENTION SEPT. 21 – 22 – 23 BILLINGS 1937" in black painted detail.
