This is a beautiful Japanese made Jacket patch for the 15th Navy fighter squadron from the 1960's. VA 15 flew off of the USS Intrepid CVS-11 during their tour in Vietnam.
VINTAGE:Circa 1966-67.
SIZE:About 4-1/2 in width by 5" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton/silk/polyester embroidered on twill.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto Flight Clothing.
MARKINGS:CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): Light wear, may have been removed from flight jacket/suit or may just be storage wear.
