This is a 1960's Japanese-made patch for the United States Navy Destroyer Squadron (DesRon) 1It is shaped like a shield and shows a knight's head and a 15.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960's.
SIZE:Approximately 4-3/4" in height and 4-1/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, partial muslin backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay LBCX4/12
CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The patch shows very little wear and has just a bit of writing on reverse.
