Nice, early 1950's Japanese-made United States Navy Destroyer Squadron 13 (Desron 13). The yellow, silk embroidered patch features a black panther head in the center of a large number: "13".
VINTAGE:Circa early 1950's
SIZE:Approximately 4-3/8" in diameter
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered silk with gauze backing
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn on.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The patch shows moderate wear and soiling, was removed from uniform, the colors remain bright.
