This is a 1960s United States Army distinctive insignia for the 22nd Aviation Battalion. The DI shows three blue stars above a winged, striped triangle and reads PROUD AND PROFESSIONAL.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/16" in height and 1-3/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK Meyer maker's mark 22M.
