1960s US Army 21st Aviation Battalion (Avn Bn) DI

This is a 1960s United States Army distinctive insignia for the 21st Aviation Battalion. The DI's border represents a parachute, and at its center is a wing and part of a peace symbol. The DI reads PEACE AND WAR.

Circa 1960s.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-3/16" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.
