This is a 1960s United States Army distinctive insignia for the 112th Military Police Battalion. The DI shows two crossed blades in front of a white-tipped spear and reads GUARDIANS OF HONOUR.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK, maker's mark 22-M and MADE IN USA.
