This is a 1960s United States Army distinctive insignia for the 30th Military Police Battalion. The DI shows the pointed bottom of the gate to a fortress over water and reads OUR COUNTRY FIRST.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The DI shows some light abrasions.
