This is a 1960s United States Army distinctive insignia for the 382nd Military Police Battalion. The DI is a black and green enameled crest bearing a lion rampant and reads POLICE WITH HONOR.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The DI shows some very light abrasions.
