This is a 1960s United States Army distinctive insignia for the 45th Military Police Battalion. The DI shows many symbols, including a star and a yin-yang symbol, and reads OUR FAME SHALL NEVER DIE.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960's.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height x 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two clutchback posts.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK with maker's mark and 22M.

CONDITION:8+ (Excellent): The DI shows little, if any, wear.
