This is a United States Navy submarine patch for the nuclearÐpowered submarine USS Finback SSN-670. She was launched at Newport News, Virginia on December 7, 1968 and decommissioned in March 1997.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-15/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester/silk threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
