This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 8th Cavalry Regiment. The DI has a rearing horse logo and reads HONOR AND COURAGE.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:1-13/16" height and 2-1/4" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silk embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:Sewn into a loop.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent-): DI has light wear and minimal fraying at edge.
