This is a 1950s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 6th Cavalry Regiment. The DI is a crest bearing a unicorn rearing against a field of royal blue.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/4" in height 1-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:Lettering is obscured by pin bar.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The DI shows light wear only.
