This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 6th Cavalry Regiment by Meyer. The DI is a crest bearing a gold unicorn rearing against a field of royal blue.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/4" in height 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The DI shows some small spots of light wear and has a medium tarnish.
