1950s US Army 63rd Infantry Regiment DI by Meyer

This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 63rd Infantry Regiment by Meyer. The DI is a blue shield with a golden demi-sun in relief.

Circa 1950s.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 7/8" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.

Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK and maker mark.
