US Army 20th Infantry Regiment DI by Meyer

This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 20th Infantry Regiment by Meyer. The DI shows four muskets paired off and crossed to form the Roman numeral XX, or 20.

Circa 1950s.

Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 1-7/16" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

N. S. MEYER NEW YORK, maker's mark.

The DI you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition.

6+ (Fine-Very Fine-): The DI shows has light wear and tarnish, with most of the enamel missing; the tops of the rifles are slightly bent.
