Description
This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 20th Infantry Regiment by Meyer. The DI shows four muskets paired off and crossed to form the Roman numeral XX, or 20.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 1-7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:N. S. MEYER NEW YORK, maker's mark.
ITEM NOTES:The DI you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition.

6+ (Fine-Very Fine-): The DI shows has light wear and tarnish, with most of the enamel missing; the tops of the rifles are slightly bent.
