1950s US Army 61st Infantry Regiment DI by Meyer

This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 61st Infantry Regiment by Meyer. The DI is a blue shield with a vertical wavy silver stripe, red diamond and a cannon.

Circa 1950s.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.

Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK, crest with 9M and maker mark.

The DI you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition.
