1946 ??? 1947 Jane's Fighting Ships, large, just-post WWII edition. This edition was published by the "United States of America and Canada by the MacMillan Company in New York and by Sampson Low, Marston, & Co. LTD. in London". The book contains nearly 70 pages of period advertisements and nearly 450 pages of ships, specs, photos, and other relevant information. It is hardcover and the binding reads: "JANE'S FIGHTING SHIPS 1946-47 MACMILLAN". The title page reads: "JANE'S FIGHTING SHIPS 1946-47 (CORRECTED TO APRIL 1947) FOUNDED IN 1897 BY FRED T. JANE FORTY-NINTH YEAR OF ISSUE", "EDITOR: FRANCIS E. McMURTRIE, A.I.N.A.", "THE MACMILLAN COMPANY NEW YORK".
VINTAGE:
Circa 1946 - 1947.

Approximately 13-1/4" in width x 8-1/2" in height x 1-3/8" in depth.

CONDITION:
8 (Excellent-): The book shows minor to moderate use mostly to corners, and age wear and light soiling to the edges of the pages, the binding remains intact, overall excellent condition.
